If Boss is not right can you correct him till the last decimal??

Its been enough said and heard that “𝗕𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁” and your job is just to say “𝙔𝙚𝙨 𝘽𝙤𝙨𝙨”. Unfortunately, this is very much prevalent in many companies big and small like a pandemic.

While Boss could be right, he/she may not be right always but who has guts to correct him/her. I can tell you with all my authority that, you can always correct your Boss till the last decimal, provided you have better understanding and birds eye of view of any prevailing situation in your company and also at the market place.

Now how to have complete understanding and bird’s eye view of your companies sphere of activities so that, during your strategic internal discussions you can have the edge to be unique and valuable?

And the good thing is it is possible to acquire this edge and understanding by not deviating from your assigned role.
