Therapies and Treatments

While I can provide an alphabetical listing of therapies and treatments I offer, I'll list here some of the most frequent therapies clients search for. The below-mentioned therapy broadly covers major challenges faced by clients.

Stress

Have you ever experienced a slow acceptance of the pressures around you, until everything becomes 'just too much' and you can barely cope? That’s the beginning of stress, and it has become one of the most serious health hazards of the 21st century, a worldwide epidemic.

Can stress arising from personal or professional life be effectively managed? I firmly believe it is very much possible when we understand the triggers.

I encourage you to schedule a session, and I will be glad to work with you and guide you through it.

Relationship Issues

Relationships play a major role in the harmony of the mind. If you are relationships are good at work, it translates to more recognition and rewards and if it is weak so will be its rough effects. This applies to all spheres of life whether it is at work, with friends, in love matters, in marriage, and many more. The art of maintaining a harmonious relationship needs a conscious application of self and many people are not aware of it.

Become the next version of you at work or in other spheres of your life.

Anxiety Disorders

This is one of the major issues many people are facing.

Many people experience anxieties when meeting new people at social gatherings, speaking at office meetings despite having brilliant ideas, or even when going to new places or walking on roads with the fear of being hit by an approaching vehicle. These are common anxieties, and you are not alone. They can be treated very effectively, with marked improvements often seen after the first session."

Substance Abuse

Substance abuse, also known as drug abuse, is one of the major addictions in today’s society. It’s a dark world and a bottomless pit until treated. Unfortunately, many individuals turn to this addiction as they struggle to cope with the realities of life, among other reasons.

However, this condition is highly treatable with systematic therapy, and I have witnessed clients emerge victorious. Many people feel bad or guilty about it, but all that is required is to take the first step to connect.

Let’s sit down and discuss how you can maintain your independence and have a voice within your family structure.

Marital Issues

The battle of who is right and who is wrong is a constant struggle, especially prevalent among married couples, often leading to heated arguments and, in some cases, separations. Few recognize the fundamental fact that everyone perceives themselves as right, with self-justifications attached to their arguments. In many instances, it is the egos of the couples that are at war, rather than the actual issue they are arguing about.

Many unpleasant situations could be avoided if we took a moment to pause before engaging in a scathing attack. We have encountered numerous cases where decisions made in the heat of the moment have had lasting, detrimental consequences. You don't need to compromise your autonomy.

Depression

Depression is one of the most grossly abused words in today’s time. Many normal people, when struck by a career challenge, a health setback, or shaken relationships, quickly embrace this word, only to magnify their struggles in their minds.

These struggles often replay the same old episodes of hurt and pain, making individuals feel weak and vulnerable. The human spirit has evolved so strongly over the centuries that no degree of personal disaster can shake its identity.

However, much depends on how you perceive your current situations and the meanings and conclusions you draw from them.

I believe that 'none of us are helpless,' however, it only requires one wise step and lets connect to move forward.
